MONDAY SWIMWEAR’S FIRST RUNWAY SHOW EVER

To us, the MONDAY SWIMWEAR runway show was undeniably a highlight of Paraiso 2018. But not just a highlight of the week, or even our summers, but truly a highlight of our careers thus far.

Backstage, the pre-show was a controlled madness. A mix of excitement and nerves. There was so much energy that it was contagious. Everywhere you looked there were smiles and collaboration. The show went without a hitch, and we watched the grace and poise of our Monday Muses in absolute awe. The crowd was so receptive, warm and jammed out to the best playlist ever by DJ Guillaume Viau.

We were in love with every detail of our show, it was styled to perfection. So many thanks to the team at Bumble Bizz for helping us network and setting Monday up with local talent for the show. You can see in the photos that we found some of the best models. They were diverse, beautiful and we had so much fun with them rehearsing and backstage. The models were styled in chic Sensi Studios hats and bags, and feminine and beachy Washed Ashore jewelry. One of our favorite sunglasses lines Saint Owen provided us all with the perfect sunnies for Miami. We were so glad to have them on the beach. Post- show, we were beyond thankful to have our trusty bikini wash, Bikinis Over Everything. It’s safe for the most delicate materials, and leaves it smelling amazing. Last but not least, a major shoutout to MINI for getting us to and from the show plus events all around Miami, in style.

After the show, there were an overflow of emotions! We were so proud, moved and inspired all at once. Seeing so much hard work come together, and even better than we imagined, was everything to us.
