The Hot Pilates craze is real and it has models and celebrities like Shay Mitchell, Shanina Shaik, Jocelyn Chew, Steph Shep, Jordan Woods and so many others coming back for more.
Take one look at instructor and owner of My Hot Pilates, Shannon Nadj’s Instagram profile, and just like us you’ll be sold. She is the definition of Fitness Goals, and also one of the sweetest people in the industry. But don’t let Shannon’s sweet demeanor fool you, she’ll seriously kick your butt in class! Shannon knows how to shape a woman’s body and teach proper form to maximize your workout.
She offers a variety of different classes from Booty Sculpting, Arms & Abs, and even Hot Yoga Sculpt. Each class is set in a 95-degree heated room in their West Hollywood location, and lasts 55 minutes. Tash and Dev know from experience that these classes are no joke.
