A LITTLE LETTER TO YOU. LOVE, TASH & DEV

TO ALL OUR LONG TERM, LOYAL READERS AND NEW READERS,

The day is finally here! We are so proud to announce what we have been working on within our offices over the last nine months.  But before we reveal it, we wanted to personally write a letter to you all, to share what led us to make this transformative change.

We first “met” many of you in 2012, from our humble, simple beginnings of sharing our love for swimwear, travel and expressionism. Through the years, we have all grown together to connect on a higher level; through our beliefs, our feelings, and our actions outside of the beach lifestyle. Essentially, we have all grown up – And although we will always be beach girls at heart, we now have careers to pursue, goals to chase, dreams to fulfill. Our horizons have broadened in every sense!

For us, somewhere in the midst of launching our own amazing swimwear brand, Monday Swimwear, and all of the other grand projects we have been focusing our efforts on, we feel like our baby, A Bikini A Day, got a little left behind… It kind of became, “so 2014.” 😉

Over the last six years, we have single handedly built three brands from the ground up, employed a team of twelve, and worked with some of the most respected brands in the world. It’s safe to say that by now we feel we have so much more to share with you all than just our favorite swimwear finds (which by the way, we will still be sharing, but in even more exciting ways than before!)

In light of this, we felt it was time to turn a new leaf, to transform A Bikini A Day into something even more inspiring, something that is a reflection of everything we are today, and everything that we feel you want to see from us… So without further ado, we reveal to you, a brand new A.B.A.D., our more elevated, more grown up version: The Swim Report by A Bikini A Day. 

TheSwimReport.com will release new features daily, on not only our business, beauty, style and fitness advice, which you have all been asking for, but also inclusive of the advice from the super cool, driven people who personally inspire us everyday. TSR will also be following and sharing news on worldwide issues such as ocean conservation, equality and global warming, in efforts to support and spread awareness for these causes together. And last but not least, because we will forever be nomads and dreamers, we will of course be sharing wanderlust travel features so you may plan your own adventures as well!

So, here’s to a new beginning together, yet again. We’ve come so far over the last six years and cannot thank you all enough for being a huge part of our growth and our lives. It’s wonderful to dream of what the next six years will have in store for us all as women. These are remarkable times and we are so glad we have always had a little community of our own to be inspired by!
